Agreement

By installing or using Clean Pro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Bharan Nallapuneni (Pro AI Labs) publishes the app on the App Store, and Datrix Loop Pvt Ltd publishes it on Google Play.

What the app does

Clean Pro helps you tidy your phone. It finds clutter, such as duplicate contacts and mistakes in them, and lets you remove or fix it. It works with the data on your phone, only after you allow access, and only changes what you choose.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the terms of your app store. The app and its design remain our property or that of our licensors.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for what you choose to change or delete.
• Do not try to copy, reverse engineer or interfere with the app except as the law allows.

Your data

The app can edit, merge and delete items on your phone, such as contacts, when you ask it to. Confirm actions carefully. The app keeps a Recently deleted area to help you undo mistakes, but it cannot guarantee recovery in every case. Keep your own backups of anything that matters to you.

Accuracy of results

Finding duplicates and mistakes is automated and can be wrong, for example two different people with the same name. Review what the app suggests before you confirm.

Free trial and lifetime purchase

Clean Pro, Contacts Pro and Doc Pro share one free trial of 30 days, counted from the first time any of them is used on your device. After the trial, a one-time lifetime purchase is needed to keep using the apps. It is made through the App Store or Google Play and charged to that account. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. The lifetime purchase covers all apps in the bundle; to use it in the other apps or on another device, sign in with the same Apple or Google account, or use Restore purchases. Plans bought earlier as monthly or yearly subscriptions stay active until they end and are managed in your store account. Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play; a refunded purchase no longer unlocks the apps. Free access given through an invitation can be withdrawn if the invitation was misused.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or stop features, and we may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end or restrict access if you break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
