Agreement

By installing or using Contacts Pro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Bharan Nallapuneni (Pro AI Labs) publishes the app on the App Store, and Datrix Loop Pvt Ltd publishes it on Google Play.

What the app does

Contacts Pro helps you save people from screenshots, photos, the camera and voice, remember the context around them, and find them later. It works with the contacts on your phone.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the terms of your app store. The app and its design remain our property or that of our licensors.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the information you capture and save, including information about other people.
• Only capture and store information about people when you are allowed to. Follow the laws that apply to you, including privacy, data-protection and anti-spam or calling rules, when you save, contact or share information about others.
• Do not use the app to harass anyone, to break the law, or to gather information you are not entitled to.
• Do not try to copy, reverse engineer or interfere with the app except as the law allows.

Your contacts and your data

The app can create, edit, merge and delete contacts in your phone's Contacts when you ask it to. Confirm actions carefully. The app keeps a Recently deleted area to help you undo mistakes, but it cannot guarantee recovery in every case. Keep your own backups of contacts that matter to you.

Free trial and lifetime purchase

Contacts Pro, Clean Pro and Doc Pro share one free trial of 30 days, counted from the first time any of them is used on your device. After the trial, a one-time lifetime purchase is needed to keep using the apps. It is made through the App Store or Google Play and charged to that account. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. The lifetime purchase covers all apps in the bundle; to use it in the other apps or on another device, sign in with the same Apple or Google account, or use Restore purchases. Plans bought earlier as monthly or yearly subscriptions stay active until they end and are managed in your store account. Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play; a refunded purchase no longer unlocks the apps. Free access given through an invitation can be withdrawn if the invitation was misused.

Accuracy of results

Text recognition, voice recognition and search are automated and can make mistakes, such as a wrong name, a missing digit or a mismatched number. Review what the app finds before you save or rely on it, especially before calling emergency or important numbers.

Third-party services

The app works with services outside our control, such as your phone's speech recognition, calling, messaging and WhatsApp. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or stop features, and we may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, contacts or profits arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end or restrict access if you break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
