Agreement

By installing or using Doc Pro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Bharan Nallapuneni (Pro AI Labs) publishes the app on the App Store, and Datrix Loop Pvt Ltd publishes it on Google Play.

What the app does

Doc Pro helps you scan documents, understand what they contain, organise them and find them later. It works with the pictures and files you give it and keeps them on your phone.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the terms of your app store. The app and its design remain our property or that of our licensors.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for what you choose to change or delete, and for keeping your own backup of important documents.
• Only scan or import documents you have the right to keep.
• Do not try to copy, reverse engineer or interfere with the app except as the law allows.

Your data

Your documents are stored encrypted on your phone only. If you lose your phone, uninstall the app or lose your unlock method, we cannot recover them, because we hold no copy. The app keeps a Recently deleted area for 30 days to help you undo mistakes, but it cannot guarantee recovery in every case.

Accuracy of results

Reading text, recognising the kind of document, picking out details and dates, finding duplicates and answering questions are automated, run on your phone, and can be wrong. Details the app is unsure about are marked, and you can correct them. Check anything important, such as a date, amount or number, against the document itself before you rely on it. Reminders are a convenience and not a guarantee that you will be notified on time. Doc Pro does not give legal, financial, tax or medical advice.

Free trial and lifetime purchase

Doc Pro, Contacts Pro and Clean Pro share one free trial of 30 days, counted from the first time any of them is used on your device. After the trial, a one-time lifetime purchase is needed to keep using the apps. It is made through the App Store or Google Play and charged to that account. Your documents stay on your phone either way. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. The lifetime purchase covers all apps in the bundle; to use it in the other apps or on another device, sign in with the same Apple or Google account, or use Restore purchases. Plans bought earlier as monthly or yearly subscriptions stay active until they end and are managed in your store account. Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play; a refunded purchase no longer unlocks the apps. Free access given through an invitation can be withdrawn if the invitation was misused.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or stop features, and we may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end or restrict access if you break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
